🔄 Sneakito 30-Day Return Policy

At Sneakito, we want you to love your Nike sneakers. If something’s not right, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery—no stress, no hassle.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

    • Returned in the original packaging (including sneaker box and tags)

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

📝 How to Raise a Return Request

To start a return, please fill out our Raise Return Request Form.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

📦 Return Instructions

After your return is approved:

  1. You’ll receive detailed instructions via email.

  2. Pack the sneakers securely in the original box.

  3. Ship the package back using a tracked delivery service.

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or product, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

🧾 Important Notes

  • Items returned without submitting the form will not be accepted

  • Sneakers must be in resellable condition (unworn, clean, undamaged)

  • Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless faulty
