Q: Are your products 100% authentic?
A: Yes. All our products are 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorized retailers and verified distributors. No replicas. No fakes.
Q: Which brands do you sell?
A: We stock top global brands including Nike, adidas, New Balance, Puma, Vans, Converse, and many more. We also carry a curated selection of apparel, bags, and accessories.
📦 ORDERS & SHIPPING
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: All orders take up to 2 business days to process before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: After processing, UK orders typically arrive within 7 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll get a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon!
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at teams@sneakito.com or +44 7577 345230. Once it’s dispatched, we can’t make changes.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Q: How do I raise a return request?
A: Visit our Raise Return Request page or email teams@sneakito.com with your order number and reason for return.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Q: Do you offer half sizes?
A: Availability of half sizes depends on the brand and model. If you don't see your size, feel free to ask!
