At Sneakito, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order right after placing it. We aim to make that process as smooth and stress-free as possible.


🛍️ Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes — you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed for shipping. Once your order enters the processing or dispatch stage, cancellation is no longer possible.


📅 Cancellation Timeframe

  • ⏱️ Within 12 hours → You can cancel easily by contacting us.

  • 🚚 After 12 hours / Order processed → Cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still request a return once the item arrives.


📞 How to Cancel Your Order

To request an order cancellation:

  1. Email us at teams@sneakito.com

  2. Use the subject line: “Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]”

  3. Or call/WhatsApp us on +44 7577 345230 (Mon–Sat, 10AM–6PM)

We'll confirm the cancellation status as soon as possible.


💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is eligible and cancelled successfully:

  • Your payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days


❗ Important Notes

  • Orders already shipped or packed cannot be cancelled

  • In that case, you can wait for the delivery and then use our Raise a Return Request option — no questions asked

  • For custom or limited edition items, cancellations may not be allowed due to exclusivity
